One of the best things to come out of 2020 was having time to reflect and as a music lover, download plenty of new tunes. This new series of mixes however is rather old tunes but, brought back to life again during lockdown.
Vinyl dj records back around the late 90's and early 2000's had some great baselines and grooves which seemed to have got replaced with tweaking and EDM...my tip for 2021 back than was that Ibiza celebrates some of the music of days gone by, as old school Dj's went through their old collections this year to revisit what was once a great era of love, energy and music.
This mix starts off pretty soulful. before ending quite hard and would have been typical of a set I would play, in Plymouth's Candystore whilst situated on the Union Street club stretch.
20 years now in the making, enjoy the sounds from the Ferris B Sessions.
